Vinícius Evangelista is a Brazilian-Italian International Tax Advisor based in the United States, who holds a bachelor's degree in administration from Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado, in São Paulo, Brazil. He is the founder and current managing partner of E&G Financial Group LLC.

 

With extensive experience in corporate finance, he held the position of finance executive in an automotive engineering multinational for 8 years. During this period, Vinícius actively participated in the process of expanding the company's operations internationally. Nevertheless, during this period he specialized in tax planning and developed a good relationship with several legal and investment banks in Brazil and abroad.

 

Vinicius has extensive experience in structuring of closed-ends funds, Private Equity or Real Estate; Formation of offshore companies; Structuring of investment vehicles with specific purposes; Planning of international corporate structures involving multi-jurisdictions; Offshore Banking Services; Asset Financing (eg aircraft & yachts); Multi-jurisdictional corporate consultancy; Consulting in Structured Credit Operations and Debt Refinancing in Brazil and the USA; Securitization involving Onshore or Offshore financial institutions; Public-Private Investment Structures.

 

Directly leads the E&G's accounting and tax department in the US, ensuring compliance with client tax requirements with forms 1040 and 1040NR for personal taxes and 1065 and 1120 for business taxes. He is responsible for coordinating the process of opening LLCs and Corporations throughout the United States, as well as preparing Operating Agreements, Share Certificates and notary services such as Quitclaim Deed according to client's needs.
