Mr. Basso holds a degree in Law from Universidade São Francisco, in São Paulo, Brazil.

With extensive experience in setting up offshore companies for the management of digital assets, including but not limited to cryptocurrencies, Basso's responsible for directing internal processes to ensure compliance with obligations in the jurisdiction where the client has tax residence, but also, in the jurisdiction chosen for the formation of the investment vehicle.

Bruno is a high-skilled professional, capable to ensure the feasibility of multi-jurisdictional structures, including projects with a high degree of complexity such as credit operations, payment processors and gambling.
